What We Do

The food distribution program provides families and individuals who live in Carroll County, west of the Kings River, with groceries on a weekly basis for meal preparation at home.  Food is distributed on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10 am through 2 pm.  A free lunch and fellowship is provided and is open to the public on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 am through 12:30 pm, with doors opening at 10 am with coffee and cookies served.

In addition, for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday season, the Food Pantry provides a voucher for a turkey or ham and a pie for each client family from Harts Family Center.  Also, on Thanksgiving and Christmas days, a free dinner is provided by Flint Street Food Pantry at the ECHO dining room and is open to the public.

Flint Street also receives many donations of clothing and household goods which are free to those in need.
